| FL 00714 is an easy-to-process brand for extrusion coating, coextrusion coating and casting film. This brand has good heat sealing and optical properties. Excellent extrusion coating effect can be obtained at 240°C (464 °F). Processing temperatures above 250°C (482 °F) may cause resin degradation. FL00714 should be put into the extruder after low density polyethylene with similar or higher melt index. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned with low density polyethylene or suitable detergent before stopping. |

| Excellent results are obtained in extrusion caoting at 240°C (464°F) temperature range. Processing temperatures above 250°C (482°F) may cause resin degradation. FL00714 should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index. Machines should always be purged wi?th LDPE or a suitable cleaning compound before shutdown. |
