ISPLEN® PP 031 G1E is a medium-low melt flow rate polypropylene homopolymer. It offers an optimum balance between mechanical and processing properties for production of monofilaments and tapes with high tensile strength at break. It is formulated with an additive package suitable for protecting the polymer during extrusion process and final use.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
  • High tenacity monofilaments and tapes for ropes and twines
  • Low fibrillation tapes for textil uses
  • Strap
  • Sheet extrusion

Recommended melt temperature range from 190 to 250°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line.
