MTM® 48 prepreg is a 120°C (248°F) curing toughened, flame retarded epoxy matrix resin designed for component manufacture. MTM48 is specifically formulated for the manufacture of honeycomb sandwich structures. MTM48 resin system exhibits good ambient mechanical performance, environmental resistance and flame-retardant performance. MTM48 should be considered as a candidate material for secondary structure applications over a -55°C to +80°C (-67°F to +176°F) temperature range. |
