BA copolymer ALCUDIA® PA-1906 is a copolymer suitable for blown film applications where good processability, flexibility and good mechanical properties are required. The butyl acrylate content is 19%. It contains antioxidant additives. EBA ALCUDIA® PA-1906 fulfils the food contact regulations in most countries. Recommended melt temperature range is 160 to 180°C. EBA copolymers exhibit excellent thermal stability, which allows higher processing temperatures if needed. Processing characteristics of PA-1906 are similar to LDPE and conventional Polyethylene extruders are recommended. |
