SAMAT™ 5003N (+) are halogen-free environmental polypropylene (PP) with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. The synergistic effect of coagulation phase and gas phase on flame retardation enhances the flame retardant efficiency, and the catalytic mechanism accelerates the melting and dropping of the system. The flammability can reach UL94-V2 (0.75mm,1.5mm and 3.0mm) and pass the water immersion test at 70°C for 168hrs (UL746C) and GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°. They have the characteristics of low density of finished products, low smoke and little corrosion to molds. 5003N (+) pass UL tests and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 16P, Halogen-free and PAHs.
