| MAXXAM FR PO 浓缩 62给低密度和高密度聚乙烯带来良好的阻燃性。 因为聚乙烯的种类太多，很难预测达到特定可燃性标准所需要的稀释比。对于起点配方我们建议：4-7份（重量）低密度聚乙烯，5份（重量）高密度聚乙烯- 到1份Concentrate 62。当此浓度以适当比例稀释时，制成材料可以达到与UL-94 V-2或VTM-2要求等效的阻燃性。在LDPE 薄膜 @ 4-8 mil 薄膜中使用8% PO CONC 62可达到BFD IX-1和NFPA 701性能标准 / 在厚度大于等于1.5mm的PE @ 15-30%中可达到V-2性能标准。对物理属性的影响最小。 |
