Bayfill EA 6005 is a fully formulated two component system for the production of a semi-rigid energy absorbing (EA) foam for interior or exterior automotive applications. The Bayfill EA system is supplied as two reactive liquid components. Component A is a polymeric diphenyl methane diisocyanate (PMDI) and Component B is a formulated polyether polyol system.

As with any product, use of the Bayfill EA 6005 system in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
