Slip/Anti-Static MB Description POYAD SS102 is a PP homo polymer based Slip/Anti-Static MB for CPP and BOPP films, where low Coefficient Of Friction, low haze and low charge decay time are required. Containing high purity agent, POYAD SS102 exhibits good heat stability and long term efficiency and any negative characteristics of film such as discoloration, odor and contamination will be avoided. As POYAD SS102 contains a migrating agent, the printing properties might be slightly affected. So prechecking of printing and sealing of final film should be considered. Application POYAD SS102 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing and is therefore suitable for direct addition using automatic dosing units or by pre-blending. Depending on the application, type of base resin, film thickness and desired slip/electrostatic properties it can be used from 1 to 4% in core layer. It should be stored in a dry and cool place not to exceed 6 months.
