Techsil RTV27909 is a kit matched easily pourable, solvent free, clear and colourless two-component silicone gel. After mixing the A and the B part at a mix ratio of 1: 1 the material cures very fast at room temperature by an addition reaction to a tacky silicone gel with excellent vibration dampening properties. Properties:
Applications: Techsil RTV27909 is specially developed for electronic potting applications such as hybrid IC insulation, potting of power modules and sensors when fast cure at room temperature is required. |
