Halar®6014F is a transparent semi-crystalline fluororesin that can be melt processed. | 加工 Halar® 6014F旨在作为底漆材料，直接施加到基材上。常规抗静电粉末涂层技术和流化床设备两种方式均可。 -如果采用抗静电涂料，会包括基材准备、涂层、烘烤和冷却工序。会需要重复几遍，以获得所需的Halar® 用量及无针孔涂层。如果采用流化床设备，预热产品可以直接浸渍到硫化粉末上，然后再进行烘烤。浸渍和烘烤操作可以重复多次，以获得多次涂层以及期望的涂层厚度。-Halar® 6014F可以单独使用，不需要进一步配混。不管采用哪种技术，基材准备、预热、涂层和烘烤参数都必须控制好，以获得无瑕疵涂层产品及理想的结合效果。储存和操作 如果在室温下放置在干净干燥的环境， Halar®可熔融加工含氟聚合物树脂就无需担心保质期问题。打开的容器必须再次密封好，以防止污染。 安全性和毒理学-使用 Halar®可熔融加工含氟聚合物树脂前，应参阅产品的材料安全数据表单，遵循所有的标签说明和操作注意事项。-和所有含氟聚合物材料一样，操作和加工必须在通风良好的场所进行，设备上方应安装蒸汽抽气装置。不能吸入烟雾，应避免接触皮肤和眼睛。如有皮肤接触，用肥皂和水清洗干净。如触及眼睛，应立即用大量清水冲洗，并寻求医疗帮助。不要在粉尘、蒸汽或烟雾污染的环境吸烟。-废物处置详细建议请参考材料安全数据表单。包装Halar® 6014F 用一次性桶包装，每桶25公斤。每只桶内有两只聚乙烯树脂衬袋。 |
