Zeoforte Zeon Super Composite ("ZSC") is a nanotechnology polymer alloy obtained by highly dispersing zinc polymethacrylate in Zetpol, a hydrogenated NBR that exhibits excellent resistance to heat and oil. When cross-linked with organic peroxide, it forms a rubber-like elastic body with extremely high fracture strength. With superior strength and resistance to heat and oil, ZSC is useful in an extensive range of applications that require its unique characteristics. Characteristics and applications Improved low temperature TR10 of -34°C. Providing a good balance of oil and low temperature resistance plus improved high temperature capabilities. Suitable for peroxide curing. |
