Message
AXELERON™CC B- 3485 NT is a foamable, high molecular weight, high density polyethylene insulation material, specially used for foaming/skin single-core telephone lines. The material contains a chemical foaming agent, which can obtain a 50% foaming amount when temperature controlled extrusion processing is adopted. This highly stable product has excellent mechanical and electrical properties and is used in high-speed extrusion processing lines.

Specification requirements:
Under the conditions of adopting the correct commercial extruder extrusion processing specifications, use AXELERON™CC B- 3485 NT telephone line as insulating material should meet the requirements of the following specifications:
  • REA PE "filled telephone cable with foam insulation"
  • ICEA S-84-608 "Telecom Cable; Filled Polyolefin Insulated Copper Wire-Technical Requirements"
