Europrene® SOL R 72612 is a solution polymerized, oil extended styrene-butadiene random copolymer. The polymer is extended with a MES oil and contains a non-staining antioxidant. It is produced by batch polymerization process at the Grangemouth production facility in Scotland, UK. Key Features Europrene® SOL R 72612 has a microstructure and a molecular weight distribution designed to provide a good balance in dynamic properties particularly rolling resistance and wet grip. The safe oil introduction makes Europrene ® SOL R 72612 more suitable for winter tyre application where good low temperature properties are required compared to the aromatic oil based grades. Main Applications Silica - based compounds for low rolling resistance tyre treads, winter tyre treads. |
