CAST Beauté is a polymethylmethacylate cast sheet specially designed to have a better chemical resistance than standard PMMA cast material.

CHARACTERISTICS

More resistant to chemical attack.

Thermoform as easy as standard PMMA material.

Suitable for laser cutting, flame polishing, hot bending, drilling, milling or screen printing.

When using with standard solvent acrylic glues, increased contact time will be required.

To avoid damage during transport and handling, sheets are supplied with a protective PE film on both surfaces.

APPLICATIONS

POP/POS for perfumes and chemical agents (CAST Beauté has proven to be resistant to most alcohols and esters used in cosmetics).

External medical applications.

Laboratory applications.

Screen printing (no need of previous tempering).

Beauty salon.
