BDT246-1EP is a low viscosity curative incorporated fluoroelastomer terpolymer. This grade is well suited for application where good flowability, mold release and improved fluid resistance than standard terpolymers are required. BDT246-1EP can be compounded to meet the major fluoroelastomer specifications. BDT246-1EP can be used for extrusion molding of profiles and low permeability hoses. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomer compounding ingredients. Mixing can be accomplished with two-roll mills or internal mixers. Finished goods can be produced by a variety of rubber processing methods. |
