ICORENE™ XC1451 is a linear medium density polyethylene specifically formulated as a flame retardant PE and designed to comply with the requirements of some Australian Standards and the FAR Airworthiness Standards. This unique formulation is also designed to minimise the loss of impact properties and contains a UV stabilisation package rated at UV8. ICORENE™ XC1451 can be formulated in a range of colours although some darker primary colours may be difficult to achieve. This grade is not suitable for articles in contact with food, drinking water or medicinal products. Note: Types and levels of pigments or other additives as well as part shape and wall thickness may affect properties of flame retardant grades. Specific grade and colour suitability for the application should be confirmed before use.
