POLYFLON PTFE M-series is a granular powder for compression molding. As melt viscosity is extremely high, it cannot be used for molding applied to general plastic. Therefore basically at first it is compressed in the mold and is fused by sintering over its melting point. Various molding methods are developed. There are many types of POLYFLON PTFE to be applied the methods, conditions in mold processing and application. Features High apparent density, excellent flowability, small particle size, sharp particle size distribution and low charging property. Suited for deeper filling for mold and transferring powder by air. |
