| FL 02020 is mainly designed for high speed/low coating extrusion coating, and is a good coextrusion component that can be matched with other polymers. FL 02020 is an excellent heat sealing material with extremely low sealing temperature and high transparency. Good extrusion coating effect can be obtained at 220°C (428 °F) under processing conditions. Processing temperatures above 240°C (464 °F) may cause resin degradation. FL02020 should be put into the extruder after low density polyethylene with similar or higher melt index. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned with low density polyethylene or suitable detergent before stopping. |

| Extrusion instructions |

| Excellent results are obtained in extrusion coating at 220°C (428°F) temperature range. Processing temperatures above 240°C (464°F) may cause resin degradation. FL02020 should be fed into the extruder after LDPE of a similar or higher melt index. Machines should always be purged with LDPE or a suitable cleaning compound before shutdown. |
