MFE-11 is a bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin with high performance and excellent corrosion resistance.

PROPERTIES
  • Moderate viscosity, effectively wet out with glass fiber
  • Good air drying, surface drying in 45 min
  • Excellent corrosion resistance, especially to alkali.
  • Low peak exotherm, low shrinkage, superior toughness. Do not crack when making thick parts.
  • Lloyd's Registered.
  • Complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 177.2420, when properly formulated and cured, for repeated use in food contact materials.
APPLICATION
  • Chemical storage tank, pipeline, cabin and the jointing material of integral anti-corrosive resin-mortar flooring, granite and anti-proof brick, etc.
  • Liner and flake of FRP protective surface of metal or concrete structure.
  • Can be used in hand lay-up, pultrusion, spray up and filament winding process.
