Plyophen® 23983 is an epoxy modified, phenolic resin dissolved in isopropyl alcohol. This resin is used in the production of heat-resistant structural laminates and moldings.

Imparts better strength retention at elevated temperatures than pure phenolic resins

Contributes stronger glass-to-glass bonds than any other type of resin

Permits use of other reinforcing materials besides glass cloth and the inclusion of fillers to obtain specific properties for different applications

Conforms to Military Specification MIL-R-9299C, Grade A Classification
