SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 KI is a High reactive of standard straight novolac type powder. It is applied for Brake Lining and Disc Pad. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-1012 KI is powder phenolic resin with good friction properties, good process, and other merit in production of friction. It has hexamine content 9%, middle molecule weight and high reactive. By these kind of properties, It is suitable to apply in brake lining and disc pad with many advantages in friction manufacture such as short time in hot molding process and post curing. |
