Pro-fax SL316 is a polypropylene homopolymer resin, designed for the production of biaxially oriented polypropylene films (BOPP). Potential uses include metallized film applications, both as monolayer film and in coextruded structures (core layer of coextruded film). Profax SL316 offers a good processing for high velocity lines. Typical customer application includes BOPP general film, metallized film and tobacco film.

The base resin in this product meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) contained in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520.
