Message
Moplen HP522H is a polypropylene homo-polymer for the production of biaxially oriented
polypropylene films .The product is particularly suitable for metallization, both as monolayer film
& in co-extruded structures. Moplen HP522H has been designed to provide a very stable extrusion on stenter lines & to give excellent thickness control, increased draw ability & readiness to a two way orientation. Moplen HP522H contains a reinforced processing stabilisation but does not contain any slip or anti blocking agents .The product features low water carry-over properties & is therefore also suitable for tubular BOPP .BOPP films produced with Moplen HP522H features good mechanical properties ,high impact strength & puncture resistance ,even at low temperatures .The films form an excellent barrier against moisture ,odours ,oils ,fats & oxidation & feature good optical properties .Monolayer or co-extruded films made of Moplen HP522H with a thickness ranging from 20 to 40 µm are used for the packaging of foodstuffs ,cosmetics & videocassettes .Metallized BOPP films made with Moplen HP522H are also suitable for lamination to other flexible films.
