Two component PU Resins General type resin (waterproof) Because the molecular weight of two componet resin is quite low, adding and mixing adequate crosslinker is necessary. It would increase molecular weight and make more meshed PU structure, which would enhance the strength of membrane. Applied to yarn fixation, primer coating, pore filling. The high solid content would enhance water pressure resistance, gross, and firm-feeling of textile coating. Adding promotors would enhance aging condition and reinforce adhesion. Cloth lamination. Lamination of cloth and TPU&PVC. For direct coatings. High water resistance, non-yellowing, hydrosis resistance, good hand-feel, good peeling strength. PU adhesive. Applied to cloth-to-cloth lamination.
