Message
Andur® 700-APX represents Anderson Development Company's continued effort to provide high performance, moderate cost, prepolymers for the cast urethane industry. It is a polyester/ether based, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 70 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene® 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur® 700-APX with polyols and their combination with Curene® 442 and other diamines or through the use of plasticizers.
