PPH-38-.5 is a polypropylene homopolymer for use in filtration applications.
PPH-38-.5 is a controlled rheology resin that provides good flow characteristics while retaining the mechanical strength of a low melt flow rate resin.
Typical applications include melt blown fiber or fine denier fiber production.
PPH-38-.5 meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520. This regulation allows the use of this olefin polymer in "...articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food." Specific limitations or conditions of use may apply.
