POLYFLON PTFE M-series is a granular powder for compression molding. As melt viscosity is extremely high, it cannot be used for molding applied to general plastic. Therefore basically at first it is compressed in the mold and is fused by sintering over its melting point. Various molding methods are developed. There are many types of POLYFLON PTFE to be applied the methods, conditions in mold processing and application. Features Excellent creep resistance, high elongation, superior dielectric strength and an extremely smooth surface. Suitable for manufacturing of vessel lining, gasket, etc. |
