Bayflex 5510 is a water-blown polyurethane semi-flexible foam system designed as back-fill support for vinyl extrusion, especially window lineals. This system is capable of filling 16-foot long extrusions, including cavities with small cross sections. As with any product, use of Bayflex 5110 system in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability for use.
