VESTOLIT E 7012 and E 7012 S are pasteforming homopolymers suitable for production of low to medium viscosity pastes with pseudoplastic flow. The properties of the products are particularly suited to the production of soft to medium chemical foams. VESTOLIT E 7012 has both fast expansion and very good foam colour. Foams with a high degree of open cells may be produced over a wide processing range. The slight pseudoelasticity of the pastes made from VESTOLIT E 7012 and the resulting excellent recovery of the foam mean the product is used predominantly for manufacture of structural foamed wallpaper. VESTOLIT E 7012 S has a finer particle size distribution than VESTOLIT E 7012.
