LLC4-200 is a Butene-ethylene copolymer certified prime resin designed for INJECTION MOLDING applications that require a good balance of good mechanical properties and low warpage and low temperature resistance. LLC4-200 features easy processability over a wide range of molding conditions, good flexibility, and high surface appearance of molded articles. LLC4-200 is ideal for when excellent toughness, high impact strength and high gloss are required. Recommended processing temperature is 180 to 220°C., with mold at 20 to 40°C. LLC4-200 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1 (a) and most international regulations concerning the use of Polyethylene in contact with food articles.
