High Density Polyethylene for Pharmaceutical injection moulding. Eltex® MED HD5226EA-M is a high density polyethylene copolymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution, suitable for thin-wall injection moulding and fast-cycling applications. It allows high flow and low warpage during processing. Eltex® MED HD5226EA-M is produced according to Good Manufacturing Practices, and is available in granular form. Applications: Eltex® MED HD5226EA-M is especially recommended for manufacturing syringe components by injection moulding. It can also be used for manufacturing thin-walled containers and Caps & Closures intended for the primary packaging of medical and pharmaceutical applications. |
