Filled Polypropylene compounds are manufactured by compounding Polypropylene with fine fillers (i.e. mica, chalk, talc, glass). Additives like antioxidants, lubricant, processing aid and desiccant are added to improve long term thermal and processability. The compounds used directly or diluted with desired grades of polypropylenes show good dispensability and excellent balance of properties in the ultimate product. The fillers in the compound incorporates certain important properties those are essential for ultimate product. The modification are as below.
