ALPHA PVC 3006-75 is a flexible vinyl compound produced with FDA sanctioned raw materials. Designed with high melt flow for injection molding, PVC 3006 features sparkling clarity, high thermal stability, and easy mold release. The formula is available in a wide range of hardnesses and preferred for such demanding applications as drip chambers, tubing caps and connectors, and respirator masks. Packaged as diced 1/8 inch cubes in 50 pound bags. Also available in Gaylords on special request. Other Hardnesses: PVC 3006 is also available in 80, 85, 90, and 95, Shore A durometer. Alpha produces a full line of other compounds ranging from very soft, 40 durometer to full rigid. PVC 3006 formulas bond easily with other flexible and rigid PVC parts by conventional solvent sealing (ketones) radio-frequency and heat sealing. Packaging: Diced 1/8" cubes, 50 lb bags.
