A two component, high temperature grade, thermally and electrically insulating epoxy, designed for adhesive and sealing applications found in semiconductor, electro-optics, fiber optics, medical, and scientific/OEM industries. It is a low viscosity, optical grade epoxy with low index of refraction (Nd).
