| Megatron® 100L-MOS2 is a general purpose, lubricated, polyamide 6/6 resin used for injection molding. The addition of molybdenum disulfide (MOS2) in this grade of Megatron® gives this unique compound additional load-bearing and wear capabilities while still maintaining its impact strength and toughness. "Molly" also adds; low surface friction, increased surface hardness, increased heat resistance, higher tensile properties, and improved dimensional stability over our standard grade of un-filled nylon. |
