VIBRATHANE 8010D is polyester based, MDI-terminated liquid urethane prepolymer that is readily processable by conventional hand and machine mixing techniques. When cured with 1,4 Butanediol, this member of the VIBRATHANE family produces high quality vulcanizates in the 95 Shore A hardness range. These tough, high resilience elastomers are characterized by:
VIBRATHANE 8010D is low in viscosity with a working life suitable for hand batching and/or machine mixing. In addition, this versatile polymer can be easily compounded to lower durometer elastomers with excellent mechanical and abrasion resistant properties. |
