Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ P5051 is a selectively hydrogenated polymer. It is used as a compatibilizer of PS and PP blends or as an impact modifier of GPPS, HIPS and PPE. Applications: Primarily for compatibilization between styrenic and olefinic polymers. Properties highly advantageous for food container applications, e.g. microwave food trays, portioned food containers, lunchbox laminated films. |
