High density insulating material AXELERON™CX A- 6944 NT is a high-density polyethylene resin used to make air-injected foaming insulation materials for CATV cables. This high-density polyethylene resin has excellent electrical properties and toughness, as well as the stability required in its application field. AXELERON™CX A- 6944 NT often and AXELERON™CX 1253 NT CPD LDPE is used together. In order to achieve the optimal cell structure, it is recommended to add 0.1% to 0.3% nucleating agents, such as AXELERON.™CX A- 0012 NT CPD and AXELERON™Nucleating agent added to CX 0078 NT CPD masterbatch.
