ALCUDIA® M5309 is a medium melt flow rate high density polyethylene with medium molecular weight distribution. It offers optimum processing properties for production of monofilaments with good tensile strength at break. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS ALCUDIA® M5309 gives flexible monofilaments with very low fibrillation tendency suitable for textile applications:
Recommended melt temperature range from 210 to 230°C. Processing conditions should be optimised for each production line. |
