It is generally applied for bonding material of resinoid grinding wheels such as cutting, off set, etc. Characteristics SUMILITERESIN® PR-50590 BI is a powder form phenolic resin with good grinding properties and good processability in production of grinding wheels. It is designed for cold molding and semi-hot molding process. SUMILITERESIN® PR-50590 BI has a middle flow type and hexamine contain about 11% and narrow particle size distribution. By using this resin, solubility and uniformity in grinding wheel which is bonded by this resin is excellent.
