Moplen S33LS is a polypropylene homo-polymer particularly suitable for the production of sheet for thermoforming, film yarn and monofilament. Moplen S33LS combines excellent process ability with high mechanical properties and medium UV resistance. Moplen S33LS is designed for the production of quality thermoforming such as drinking beakers, packaging for dairy products, nursery flower pots& trays for fruits, biscuits & chocolates. Moplen S33LS is also particularly suitable to produce film yarn, both with cast and tubular processes. Textile film yarns have a denier count of not more than 1000 to 1200 and care used for the production of the bags, industrial fabrics & mats. Film yarn with a denier count ranging 3000 to 28000 is used for baler twins, twins for agricultural use, ropes. Moplen S33LS is also well suited for the production of monofilament used for instance for brush & broom filling & technical applications. Strapping, extruded nets, blow moulded small containers & technical components are other typical applications.
