| SAMAT™ 5000(+) are halogen-free flame retardant Polypropylene (PP) with phosphorus and nitrogen as the flame retardant elements. Carbonize and gaseous phase retardant mechanisms play the flame retardant performance. The flammability can reach UL94-V0 (0.75mm, 1.5mm and 3.0mm) and pass the water immersion test at 70°C for 168hrs (UL746C) and GWIT 750°C and GWFI 960°C. They have the characteristics of low density of finished products, low smoke and little corrosion to molds. 5000(+) pass UL tests and meet the requirements of RoHS, SVHC, PFOS&PFOA, 16P, Halogen-free and PAHs. |
