Expandable polystyrene (EPS) a branch of polystyrene resin containing approximately 6 wt% pentane as the blowing agent. All products are supplied in spherical beads with a bulk density of approximately 14-25 g/ l. Material is classified as HFI, as for test method ASTM 4986. Characteristics: Good shock absorbency. Easy to form and process. No hard core. Low Volatility. Good fusion & perform grade.
