Two Component Polyurethane This premium, RoHS compliant polyurethane potting compound is UL94 V-0 recognized at 4.8 mm. its low mixed viscosity allows it to flow under PCB's and into tight tolerance areas. With a very soft durometer and low weight loss at elevated temperatures, Epic S7475 is suited for applications that will see constant thermocycling. |
