| LD 252 is a high-purity low-density polyethylene extrusion coating grade, specially developed to meet environmental requirements to reduce smoke emitted during plastic conversion. This grade has: low volatilization grade, reduced smoke emitted during high temperature extrusion (reduced by up to 20% compared with standard low density polyethylene), good shrinkage/drafting balance, reduced edge trim and thus reduced waste. -Good isolation performance, especially for water vapor, such as for single-piece packaging purposes (sugar, salt, etc.), good sensory performance, odorless and tasteless. |
