240-CA12 is a specially modified highly transparent polypropylene random copolymer with medium melt flow intended for injection moulding. 240-CA12 has high gloss and good impact. 240-CA12 is specially formulated for high speed injection moulding and contains nucleating and mould release additives allowing high de-moulding temperature as well as reduced cooling time. .
Products moulded from 240-CA12 have excellent transparency, very good organoleptical properties, good balance of stiffness and impact strength in ambient temperature, and good de-moulding and antistatic properties.
Applications
240-CA12 is designed for injection moulded houseware, closures and food packaging needing good impact strength and excellent organoleptic properties.
